Rutabaga, Obviously

My brother recently went to a job interview where he was asked:

If you could be only one vegetable, what would it be?

I have been thinking long and hard about this question. Not about which vegetable I would be (rutabaga, obviously). But about what my response would be in an interview. I have come to a conclusion.

If I am ever asked if I could be only one! vegetable, what would it be, I would say:

Let’s negotiate this. You tell me yours and I’ll tell you mine.
