“We’d love to send existing members a T-shirt!” the fundraising lady was saying on NPR today during their spring membership drive. For sure new members get a T-shirt but she assured existing members that we are now welcome to them as well.
I’m not so vain as to think my one little T-shirt stand changed a WKAR policy, but I’m consumer-wise enough to know they obviously take feedback well.
