In Progress

Before I unveil the wine cabinet in place I wanted to take a step back in its history and share some pics that Dudley took during the production of the cabinet.

The unit has four shelves each of which hold four bottles of wine, and a glass front. It’s made out of maple, which makes it sturdy, as well as beautiful. It has European hinges, which means the hardware doesn’t show when you’re looking at it, a pressure latch opens the door, and there are remote-operated puck lights which shine down through the shelves to illuminate the bottles (but not so brightly that it would damage the wine).

Below you’ll catch a glimpse of it in Dudleys workshop. He also takes work on commission so feel free to contact me at sonya@plumlovely.com to get in touch with him
