Chapter Nine: Reflections (page 512)

img_0012…so in short, like everyone else, I’m complicated. I don’t define myself by one thing. I’m a feminist and a librarian and a fatty and rarely more or less of any one thing on any given day. I enjoy the diversity of my world view. I don’t want to have all of my eggs in one basket. I want to live a little, and pray a little, and think a little, and work a little. And I’m happy to do it without feeling burdened or conflicted. I’m satisfied with my life and I am happy with it’s complexity.

Thank you for following along with me on this journey through memory lane. I hope you enjoyed the ride and have a better understanding of the facets that make up me.
