Wow, James Dean is a hunk, a hunk of burning love! I found this movie surprisingly easy to access, even all these years later. I grew up on Ferris Beuhler’s Day Off and The Breakfast Club. I’d never really considered earlier efforts at the genre of teen angst but this seemed to touch on real issues of young people. It came across as authentic and realistic. I enjoyed it, especially the eye candy.
