Scout going nuts
Scout was plumb exhausted after the girls’ visit and non-stop Kitty Academy. He spent all of Sunday crashed out on our bed, napping. He didn’t even attack Candy. However, we’re back to normal now.
Our nieces are visiting!
I can’t tell whose having a better time! The girls or Scout! He is a source of endless diversion and so far they have not tired of him in the least (nor he of them). Scout is relaxed, people-friendly, playful with us and strangers alike. He cares for his fur well but sometimes gets distracted by his tail during a bath and falls over in an attempt to catch it. We call them senior cat and junior cat
At twelve weeks he completely dominates the food bowls. And Candy just gets out of his way!! She’s been a lot more subdued since Bethesda’s death; never really bounced back. I’m afraid this is her new normal.
