Love, love, love my new floor

Worth every trip to Grand Rapids to look at new tile. Worth every panic attack in every parking lot agonizing over cut-in choices. I almost can’t believe I made such a good choice. Don’t get me wrong – this isn’t a self-esteem issue – it’s an assessment of basic skills. I’m not good at taking a 2X2 ruby red glass tile and picturing how it’s going to look spread out over my floor.

Next: paint. I’m trying pick out something that will match both the floor and the cupboards. I’m floating on my new-found success!
