I read her books in high school and thought they were fantastic… such a wild and different point of view. And it made such sense for the characters she created. At that point in my life I was still looking for black and white solutions. So I will always retain a fondness for her… but her philosophy was most admirable only in the setting that she described and controlled. It was fiction.
