There’s nothing like a good brawl and in researching the Academy Award winning films I came across the site http://filmsite.org where they list not only the best picture winners but also their opinions on who should have won. I’ll be consulting this list and watching many of the films they posit as the “shoulda coulda woulda” winners.
That will give me someone to have a conversation with and introduce some alternative opinions into the conversation.
I’ve discovered much to my chagrin that not all winners are available via Netflix and I’m not planning to hunt down the odd film so there will be some misses.
